Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Douglas De Carli Immig, an individual developer based in Canoas, Brazil ("we", "us"), for the FullPitch app on iPhone and Apple Watch. By installing or using FullPitch you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app. Where these terms and Apple's agreement conflict, Apple's agreement prevails. Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the app or its content.

1. What FullPitch does

FullPitch records football matches using your Apple Watch and iPhone and turns them into stats: distance, speed, sprints, heart rate, a heatmap, a timeline, and season trends. The free version records every match and shows its headline numbers and the events you logged. FullPitch Pro unlocks the deeper analysis described on the paywall.

2. Accuracy and safety

All measurements are estimates derived from GPS, motion sensors, and heart-rate sensors on consumer devices. They vary with signal quality, sensor placement, weather, and how the device is worn, and they can be wrong. FullPitch is for personal interest and training insight only. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and must not be used to diagnose, treat, or make decisions about your health. Consult a doctor before starting or changing an exercise programme, and stop exercising if you feel unwell.

You are responsible for your own safety while playing. Do not interact with the app in a way that distracts you from the game, other players, or your surroundings.

3. FullPitch Pro subscription

• Products. FullPitch Pro is offered as a monthly subscription and an annual subscription. The price for your region is shown in the app before you buy.
• Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm the purchase.
• Auto-renewal. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Managing and cancelling. You manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings, under your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro access until the end of the period already paid for.
• Price changes. If we change the price, Apple will notify you and, where required, ask for your consent before the new price applies.
• Refunds. Purchases are made through Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Restoring. Use "Restore Purchases" on the paywall to restore an active subscription on a new device signed in to the same Apple account.
• Your data is never held hostage. A subscription only changes what the app shows. Every match you recorded stays on your device in full whether or not you subscribe, and the free features stay free.

4. Your data

How the app handles your data, including Apple Health, iCloud, and optional analytics, is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. Your content

Match recordings, the details you type in, and the share cards you export are yours. You may share cards wherever you like. You are responsible for anything you share, including any other people who appear in the details you enter.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app except where the law allows it; not to bypass the subscription or any technical protection; not to use the app to break any law; and not to interfere with other users' use of the app or with the services it relies on.

7. Intellectual property

The app, its design, its name, and its code are owned by us and protected by copyright and other laws. These terms give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by Apple's usage rules. No other rights are granted.

8. Changes to the app and to these terms

We may add, change, or remove features, including which features are part of FullPitch Pro, and we may discontinue the app. Where a change reduces what a paid subscription includes, you may cancel and, where the law requires, request a proportional refund through Apple. We may update these terms; the current version is always at this address, with the effective date at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about its accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer protection law gives you and that cannot be waived by agreement, including under the Brazilian Consumer Defence Code and the consumer laws of your country of residence.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. If you live in a country whose consumer law gives you more protection or the right to bring claims locally, that law and those courts remain available to you.
