FullPitch records your football matches with Apple Watch and turns them into stats on your iPhone: distance, top speed, sprints, heart rate, a heatmap of where you played, a timeline, and season trends. Write to us at [email protected] and we answer within two working days.
Before you write
Recording a match
- Recording happens on the Apple Watch app. Open FullPitch on the Watch, start the match, tap half time and full time as they happen, and the match appears on your iPhone when the Watch syncs.
- The Watch needs Location and Health access, asked for on first use. Without Location there is no distance, speed, sprints, or heatmap; without Health there is no heart rate or calories.
- GPS on the Watch is what measures your movement. If your iPhone is with you on the pitch or on the bench, the Watch may use the phone's location instead; leave the phone in the changing room for the best measurements.
Heatmap
- The heatmap needs the pitch placed once: open a match, tap the heatmap, and drag the corners onto the pitch on the map. The placement is saved for that match.
FullPitch Pro
- Pro unlocks speed analysis, speed zones, the full heatmap, the automatic timeline, Match DNA, and the Trends tab. Every match stays yours and fully recorded whether or not you subscribe.
- Manage or cancel the subscription in Settings โ your name โ Subscriptions. Restore it on a new phone from the paywall with "Restore Purchases".
- Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Reinstalling or changing phone
- With iCloud on, your match history returns on a reinstall or a new phone. Measurements are rebuilt from Apple Health, and matches rebuilt that way are marked as estimates in the app.
Analytics
- Usage analytics and crash reports are off unless you turned them on when asked. Change your mind any time in Profile โ Share app usage analytics. Details in the Privacy Policy.
